BIOL 281 - Introduction to Statistics

A study of descriptive statistics including graphs, measures of central tendency and variability, and an introduction to probability, sampling and techniques of statistical inference with an emphasis on applications. Prerequisite: Grade of C or higher in MATH 103 or MATH 104 or MATH 114 or MATH 115 or MATH 120 or MATH 121 or MATH 123 or proper Math placement. 3 credits
