PE 463 - Neuromuscular Exercise Physiology
Addresses the interaction between the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. This course provides a valuable perspective for exploring additional and advanced concepts pertaining to the acute and chronic effects of exercise training, fatigue mechanisms, and disuse/inactivity. In addition, various neuromuscular disorder pathologies will be explored and discussed in terms of their effects on human movement. Prerequisite: PE 350 /PE 350L 3 credits
