Learn principles of the professional role of the nurse. Exploration of historical and contemporary issues impacting the delivery of healthcare will include health policy, ethics, health economics, health care systems, legal issues, collaboration, and informatics. Analysis of professional issues in relation to their effect on the nurse, the patients, and the general population. Admission to BSN program. 3 credits
