ARTD 338 - Video Streaming & Digital Filmmaking I

A hands-on course applying digital video cameras, video switchers, and digital video editing software to the production of live-streaming/television-broadcasts and cinematic movie-making, both in-studio and in the field. Students will learn the basics of preproduction design, digital video production and post-production techniques, and crew positions/operations by completing projects focused on advertising, sports broadcasting, video-journalism, documentaries, and narrative entertainment. Prerequisite: ARTD 113 3 credits
