CJUS 314 - Criminalistics Criminalistics is defined as the application of scientific knowledge to the investigation of crimes. Students will learn to apply various avenues of scientific inquiry to examination of criminal evidence. Topics will include hair, fiber and paint analysis, forensic toxicology, forensic serology, fingerprint identification, and DNA testing. Prerequisite: CHEM 112 , CHEM 114 Co-requisite: CJUS 314L 3 credits
