BADM 463 - Women in Management

This course explores the organizational changes that have occurred in the business environment over the past five decades in response to increasingly larger numbers of women entering the workplace, and the implications of these changes for managers. As an overview course, changes for managers. As an overview course, we will explore a range of topics, including: workplace diversity issues related to leadership, teamwork, and communication; social change issues related to the challenge of balancing work and family; and career paths in the future.
