Institutional Endorsement - Leadership and Administration

This endorsement meets ARSD 24:15:06:33. Candidates for this endorsement must have, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in education; a minimum of 15 graduate credit hours of course work plus internship experiences that address the state and national (ELCC) standards; and, three years of verified experience in an accredited K-12 school, one year of which included classroom teaching experience or direct services to students. This authorization is valid for 5 years only unless the holder has also previously completed a master’s degree in education.
