Student Learning Outcomes

- Students will acquire and demonstrate understanding and proficiency with fine art media. (Cross-curricular Skills: Critical and Creative Thinking; Problem Solving; Foundational Lifelong Learning Skills)

All art majors must earn a minimum grade of “C” in all required major courses (including art electives). Those students who earn a “D” (or lower) in a required major course (including art electives) must repeat the course. No art major (BFA/BSEd) will graduate if their GPA within the major is lower than a “C” average (2.0).

Elementary and Special Education majors must take GEOG 210 , POLS 100 , and HIST 151 or HIST 152 . Civics Requirement: one course must be completed to fulfill the civics requirement. Courses that satisfy this requirement are marked with [CIV]. SGR #4 - 6 credits in two disciplines
